The Stories Band's sound is reminiscent of the pop punk and altrock heyday with a splice of the Neprock scene of the same era. A pretty straightforward melancholic melody, the mix is raw and the vocal has a unique tone that feels like it will get only better with time. The little playful guitar solo is a nice welcome and this is a fair enough debut of a song and we look forward to hearing more from them.
