“Then” is a John Tyynela composition sung by the talented Simma Rai. A false intro and it takes a swerve into a sweet piano laden melody there is this immediate sense om melancholy and a bit of eeriness in the entire arrangement – almost progressive in its structure. The subtle changes and nuances and corners that the song takes are commendable and this is Simma in a different vein embracing experimentation and freeing up vocally and it’s marvelous. The outro vocal is captivating!
