Biography

Jiwan Thapa Magar is a faith-based singer, songwriter and music artist from Nepal. Magar is currently based in Kathmandu and is a practitioner in audio-music professionally and independently. An Ethnomusicology graduate from Kathmandu University’s Department of Music, he loves to be inspired by music and musicians of all time and communicate the stories (within/of people) through music. Magar is now involved in Nepal Music Archive, assisting research and managing media assets.
