‘Prasna” starts off the EP “Head & Heart” like a soundtrack to a TVF series maybe or Scrubs per se to portray nostalgia and instant regret somehow both at the same time. An acoustic setting giving way to string sections and big arena drums while Sardil sings about existence and the hollow pride associated with it. The tabala section and a smooth bass is a nice unexpected touch to the tune. Bhok metauna ma hidethiye saberai – Janu khali haat nai chha timra sapana haru dherai - The lyrical theme feels like a gospel at its core. A sweet pop ballad at the same time this one. “Sambandha” starts off with his low vocal registers and an acoustic essence. A bit different presentation in the lyrical department definitely is a good aspect of this record. A peaceful track this one. The third track “Timro Maya” starts off with a guitar lead reminiscent of the 90s Nepali pop essence but what this one falls short on a bit is the generalized lyrics that Sardil falls back on – maybe this was a preferred exception – a pop rock song at its core – a sweet tune nevertheless. "Aparachit" closes the EP in the form of a soulful piano laden ballad clocking in around the four minute mark with a slow build up and is the most confident and bold that Sardil sounds on the record. A balanced track with soaring vocals and a clock's ticking of a feel as the song progresses, this is a lovely outro to the EP.
