Four punches to your guts – if we chose to rename this EP that would be the alternate title. “Paranoid Sovereignty” is a kickass follow up by NDIF. The sound is crisp and raw and the music an adrenaline shot up your spine. “Forever Impure” starts off this one with a long frantic guitar feedback giving its way to a chuggy riff and that midboosted gritty bassline. The vocal delivery is fresh and straight up power. This turns into a hardcore fest pretty quick and the drums are technical and on point – as it should be. The switches and aggression keeps this track fresh. Forever Impure – Forever Obscene. “No Healing” comes in next and is chaotic from the start. The sound of this band is a mixture of many things with this one reminiscent of the Morbid Visions/ Arise era Sepultura. Pure aggression from start to finish – this is the banger anthem of this record. The third track “They Come with Laws” starts thunderously as if the band is charging the gates on a battle ground. The drums are epic on this one and the switch around the one-minute mark is pure fucking energy. With an audio sample of the religious outbursts in India, the last track builds an intense environment from the get go. “Traitor in their Midst” sounds like a track that needs to be heard live to belch out all the aggression presented equally from the audience row. A soli offering from start to finish from the veterans of our music scene in a new clothing. This is highly recommended!
