When former guitar player of Breach Not Broken moved to Finland, DefiantXVX came into existence. Defiant is where Finland's and Nepal's true underground music culture collides creating a unique blend of music influenced by both worlds. Defiant labels themselves as wanderer hardcore. As hardcore culture is so much of a community based music culture. On the contrary ,members from Defiant comes from different culture and upbringings. Instead of tying themselves to a particular place or a particular style of music. Defiant embraces the fact and labels themselves as 'wandererhardcore', opening the boundaries to many topics and many styles of music. Defiant advocates vegans traightedge ideas in their songs i.e,refraining your self from consuming any intoxicating substances, animals and animal products. Along with that, Defiant sings about mental health, human & animal rights issues. Defiant has so far released a demo tape, two singles and an album. Their latest album 'Kill Your Idols' was released through Bound By Modern Age Records in Europe. Also, distributed by Catalyst Records in the US, Retribution / Nerds Records in Japan and Stranger Records in Indonesia.
