Toerag – a class hardcore act from Nepal’s raw DIY scene Is here ! Lalitpur got a taste of what “Toerag” was all about when they finally launched their EP Tarika when they did a launch gig at Beers N’ Cheers, Jhamsikhel. An all-out DIY attitude, straight up in your face songs and raw energy – the quartet oozes out these traits in all their gigs. A band formed in 2019 straight from Dharan, Toerag play their own style of Punk, Ska and Hardcore with Nima on vocals, Sabin on guitars, Furba on bass and Saurav on drums who later got replaced by Aavash. They are one of the finest and if you haven’t seen their “Live at Fast Feast” video on YouTube – do it right away – the crazy fun gig amidst a jungle is not something to be missed out on. The hardcore scene is Nepal is a tight community and Toerag is definitely one band that shouldn’t go unnoticed!
